To me, watching nine talking heads in front of animated fractals, strobing Escher drawings, and looping gifs of hockey fights for a half hour while attempting to make sense of an invoicing discrepancy just is not conducive to a focused meeting environment. BUT, I still believe it would be extraordinarily distracting. You should change these values: TeamsImagePrefix: The prefix of the image files that will be written to the Teams user backgrounds folder SourceFolder: A folder that contains images to be applied as backgrounds (animated or not) SourceExtensions: Collection of allowed image extensions to be processed. If someone wants to go all trippy and encourage everyone to have at'er with animated backgrounds - so be it. Duplicate the file and add a thumb (abbreviation for thumbnail) to the name. Choose your animated GIF and change the file extension your image is called animated-background.gif, rename it into animated-background.png.
